Dr. Nisha Kohli

Apart from being a Phd in Corporate Governance and Valuations, Nisha is CFA level 2 and a Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of international training and consulting experience in the field of corporate finance, startups, governance and accounting.

She provides financial advisory and corporate training through research based content. She is based out of Singapore and is into management consulting and a corporate training having channel partners in various countries.
She has worked with corporates and individual executives to help them achieve their desired objectives and enhance their potential. She is passionate about bringing positive changes in the start up ecosystem as well as corporate value creation. She helps startups and growth companies in raising finance (equity and debt) by performing preliminary due diligence, financial projections and valuations, preparing pitch decks and introducing them to the investors. She has also supported organisations in their turnarounds, improving their profitability and liquidity.

She have been training professionals, managers, start up founders, and leaders in the areas of finance, strategy, governance and fraud and risk management regionally in India, Japan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Singapore and Australia.She was awarded Corporate Governance Research Scholar award in 2008 from International Corporate Governance Network for my outstanding research in the field of Corporate Governance. She have published a number of corporate governance case studies and research articles in internationally referred journals such as International Journal of Disclosure and Governance, HBSP, Cambridge etc.
